WaterSmart is the new home for AutoPay for your monthly water bill. No more transaction fees and yet another reason to use this awesome tool!
The old AutoPay portal, Municipal Online Payment, ends on June 25, 2024. If you use AutoPay for your monthly bill and have not switched to WaterSmart yet, you’ll need to complete the following steps by June 25.
- Register or log on to WaterSmart here.
- Then click on the BILLING tab and choose PAYMENT.
- Select AUTOPAY and click on the blue ENROLL IN AUTOPAY button.
- Follow the simple, step-by-step instructions for enrollment.
*IMPORTANT*
If you currently use AutoPay through Municipal Online Payments
you will need to cancel that account to avoid a double-charge.
